Brief Description: Relief cut

Hole cut for trim cable. Learned on the VAF forum about the relief cut for the HS-702….missed it on the plans. Fortunately, I have not done any riveting, and completed the relief cut to the left side of the HS-702, deburred, sanded, and reprimed.
